Quick answers

How are commissions tracked?
Through Rewardful (the affiliate platform we use). Your tracking link sets a 60-day cookie. When that visitor signs up and pays via Stripe, Rewardful auto-attributes the conversion and calculates your commission. You see real-time stats in your Rewardful dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, on the 15th, for commissions earned in the prior month. Minimum $50 payout threshold. Pick Stripe Connect (free, fastest), PayPal, or wire. Year-end 1099-NEC issued automatically by Rewardful for affiliates earning over $600.
What about refunds and cancellations?
If a customer cancels and refunds within 30 days of signup, your commission on that signup is clawed back. After 30 days, you keep the upfront commission even if they later churn — but the recurring 5% obviously stops when they stop paying.
Are there caps or quotas?
No. Sell as many as you want. We do have a 1,000-customer hard cap on the business overall (boutique by design), so the affiliate program is finite — but you'll know about cohort fills well before they happen.
Can I sell the LTD bundle?
Yes — but the LTD is capped at 50 sales total across all channels combined. Our recommendation: focus on monthly subscriptions for sustainable recurring income. The LTD is for warm direct outreach to high-conviction buyers — happens via founder relationships more than affiliate funnels.
Can I run paid ads to my affiliate link?
Yes, with two rules: (1) you can't bid on our brand keywords ("TranscendByDesign," "TBD.io," etc.), and (2) you can't run misleading ads that imply you're us. Otherwise, your CAC is your business — if your math works on $50–$200 LTV per signup, go for it.
Do affiliates get product access?
Yes — applying as an affiliate gets you a free 30-day trial of the full TBD suite. You can't pitch what you haven't tried. After 30 days you can either subscribe at the going cohort rate or convert your affiliate account to read-only access (so you can keep showing prospects what's inside).
What does "displaced" actually mean here?
It's framing, not a requirement. The program is open to anyone. But our hypothesis is that the people who got laid off in the recent AI-driven downsizing of sales/ops/HR teams are exactly the people who already know how to talk to small business buyers and need recurring income now.
